I understand the road to being healthy and well can be difficult, especially when you feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or have a lack of motivation. I am passionate about nutrition and how it impacts physical and mental health, and I look at how our thoughts and behaviors can manifest due to physical issues. I enjoy helping others and love watching people become who they were meant to be...happy, healthy, thriving individuals.  
PERSONAL YOGA
Personal Yoga sessions are customized with you and for you based on your specific needs and desires. 

Your customized Personal Yoga sessions will include practices to assist you with any of the following yoga foundational teachings: Slow Flow, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. Essential oils may be included to enhance and deepen your experience.

Your sessions are scheduled weekly or every other week in-person, or by Zoom.

You have a choice of 3 unique packages. Each package is personally designed with you and for you, based on your current desires, needs, and goals.

Your sessions are scheduled bi-monthly or every third week, In-person, by phone, or virtually over Zoom.

Release energetic and emotional blocks that no longer inspire you. Create positive change towards more vibrant energy.

With a custom personal practice, Sadhana, you'll Relax, Restore and Replenish yourself daily with any of the following: Simple Practical Self-care Techniques, Yoga Movement, Breath Awareness, Meditation, Yoga Nidra (deep rest), Aroma Freedom, or Healthy Food Choices.

5. Celebrate YOU

I’m so delighted you are here, to be your guide in Yoga, Meditation, and Wellness.




Together we'll transform your experience from chaos, disorder, and overwhelm to a place of Ease and Peace. 

Since April 2000, I’ve been teaching yoga individually and in groups in various locations and remotely.

I help women who feel Burned-out by their Busyness to find Balance to feel Rejuvenated. I guide my clients how to Nourish and Energize with Yoga, Restorative Practices, Yoga Nidra, and Aroma Freedom.

The source of my inspiration comes from my clients who reveal, 'You always know exactly what I need, you understand me even in a big class, or you seem to be channeling when you teach.

My passion and commitment to yoga and wellness led me to transition from a 20-year computer career in NYC after experiencing pregnancy losses in 1999 and 2000.

My first yoga experience began when I was 14 years old through an adult education program with my mother. I dabbled with meditation in 1995, and practiced yoga and meditation infrequently until 1997 when my therapist recommended yoga for stress relief and healing. 

In the fall of 1999, I joined a Yoga Teacher Training at Soma Yoga Center of Highland Park, NJ, directed by Bobbie Ellis and Stephanie Pappas. I've studied with numerous Master Level Yoga teachers such as Erich Schiffman, Donna Farhi, Rod Stryker, and more recently with Jillian Pransky. Yoga and its vast aspects have been an integral part of my personal healing journey since. 
  
I’m Registered with National Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), and Certified in Soma Yoga 700-hour, Yoga Nidra, Radiant Child Yoga Level 2, Heart and Soul Work for Children, and Karma Kids Yoga, a Licensed Spiritual Healer (LSH), a Certified Aroma Freedom Technique Practitioner, Certified Angel Energy Healer, and Reiki Master.

Other certifications include: YogaRhythmics® (aka Kripalu YogaDance®), Magnified Healing®, Thai-Yoga Bodywork, Reflexology - using the Ingham Reflexology Method®, Raindrop Technique®,  and a Natural Foods Chef.

I'm a student of life. Constantly taking courses or workshops, reading, and learning, to elevate my own personal growth. My continued self-study, and work with my teachers, mentors, and coaches, deepens my journey every single day! 

I love the ocean, walking in the woods, and the beauty of the outdoors. You’ll often find me walking around the neighborhood most mornings.
