RESET your Mind, Body, and Energy with Restorative Yoga and extended Yoga Nidra. Release deeply held tension with ease and experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Simple practical Self-care tips offered to invite peace and calm daily. You'll leave feeling Comforted, Nurtured, and Replenished! All yoga shapes are reclined, supported, and held for several minutes to gently open your body and mind. 

In-person spaces available and limited to 4 attendees. Please contact Adrianne before you register. 

You'll need: 
4, Blankets or Large Beach Towels 
2, Blocks (or thick books) 
Your favorite Young Living Essential Oils 
Anything else to support your comfort 
Dress in layers, as your body temperature can shift during practice

Slow Flow with Yoga Nidra - All Levels
This is a Grounding, Mindful Slow Flow, and Hatha Yoga Movement Practice to Energize, Ground, and Rejuvenate Your Energy.  

Class completes with Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra). 
This practice is suitable for ALL Levels - Beginner to Experienced yoga practitioners.

With a custom personal practice, Sadhana, you'll Relax, Restore and Replenish yourself daily with any of the following: Simple Practical Self-care Techniques, Yoga Movement, Breath Awareness, Meditation, Yoga Nidra (deep rest), Aroma Freedom, or Healthy Food Choices.

5. Celebrate YOU
